How To Appreciate Your Journey & Stop Overthinking

Read, Observe and Smile.

Fear of death is something ubiquitous. Most people have it.

We all have that moment when evil thoughts go thru our heads, and we get scared from something we created inside our minds.

As you already know… it all comes from inside to outside.
So fear is just something you can control and use in your favor.

It’s not worth it to overthink problems and situations that may happen.
Life is what happens to us since we are making plans.

Here is something I want to tell you…

When you die, don’t worry about your body …
Your relatives will do whatever it takes.

They will take off your clothes.

They will wash you.

They will dress you.

They will take you away from home and take you to your new address.

Many will come to your funeral to say hello.
Some will cancel appointments and also miss work to go to your funeral.

Your possessions, what you did not want to lend, will be sold, gifted, or burned.

Keys
Tools
Books
CDS
Shoes
Clothes …

And be sure that the world will not stop and cry for you.

The economy will continue.

You will be replaced in your job. Someone with the same or better skills will take your place.

Your assets will go to your heirs ….

And do not doubt that you will continue to be quoted, judged, questioned, and criticized for the small and big things you have done in life.

People who only knew you by face will say, “The Poor Guy”!

Your best friends will cry for a few hours or a few days, but then they will laugh again.

Your animals will get used to the new owner.

Your photos will be hung on the wall for a while but then placed on the bottom of a drawer.

Someone else will sit on your couch and eat at your table.

The deep pain in your home will last a week, two, a month, two, a year, two … Then you will be added to the memories, and then your story will end.

I found myself among people. I ended up here. I found myself in this world.

But your story will begin in your new reality … in your life after death.

Your life in which you cannot move with the things you have here, because when you leave, they will have lost the value they had.

Beauty

Medals
Trophies
Friends

Family …

In your new life, you will only need your spirit.

And the value you’ve built here will be the only luck you will rely on there.
This luck is the only thing you will take away while you are here.

When you live a life of love and peace with others, you knead your spiritual state.

Therefore, try to live fully and be happy while you are here, because as Francesco D’Assisi said: “From here you will not take away what you have. You will only take what you have given …. “

So remember, every little move you make leads you to the big purpose of your life. Everything counts.

And it’s never too late for change.

If you think you’ve made something wrong, accept it, forgive yourself, and move forward.

Accept Life as it Comes.

Love each other, do good, and expect nothing from nobody.

Be patient and trust the process.

Great things take time.
